Why smell remembers
Of all the senses, smell takes the shortest road to memory. A scent reaches the parts of the brain that store feeling before it reaches the parts that name things, which is why a stranger’s perfume on a staircase can return a whole summer to you before you know why.
Orvéne was made with that in mind. It does not shout in the first minute. It waits, and it stays.
“You don’t see a scent. You remember where it found you.”
The first minute
Spray once on the wrist and once at the base of the neck, then leave it alone. Rubbing warms the skin too quickly and burns through the bergamot that opens the scent.
Where to wear it
Pulse points are warm, and warmth carries scent. The inside of the elbow and the back of the neck are quieter places that keep it close for longer.
What stays
Hours later, what is left is amber and sandalwood, close to the skin. That is the part people notice when you have already left the room.

Bergamot
A green citrus from Calabria. Bright for the first ten minutes, then it steps aside for the rose.
