What we collect
When you place an order we keep your name, delivery address, email and the items you bought. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
How we use it
We use your details to send your order, answer your questions and, only if you ask for it, send our letters a few times a year. We never sell your information.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep your bag between visits and to understand which pages are read. You can turn the analytics cookies off at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will reply within 30 days.
